This program introduces us to Charlotte Huntzinger, a teacher in a Children's Behavioral Unit, who works daily with autistic children. Viewers can see how Charlotte works closely with the children in her unit and can also learn important facts about the disorder. She discusses how important it is to have her husband's support, how she works at keeping her spirits up, and how working with autistic children teaches a person about unconditional love. She explains the importance of keeping eye contact with autistic children and that some children almost 'look through you'; thus providing the meaning behind the title of this inspiring film
