Summary |
Ibrahim leaves his family to try his luck in Tehran. But he soon ends up working for a child-trafficking gang, begging for money in the traffic with the use of a stolen baby. One day he leaves the baby with a friend, who promptly loses the child. This leaves Ibrahim at the mercy of the gangl chief who threatens to kill him if he is not compensated for the loss. Winner of the International Critics' Week Award at the 2009 Venice Film Festival. Directed by Nader T. Homayoun and stars Ali Ebdali, Sara Bahrami and Farzin Modades. (Mystery/Crime) |
