This tele-movie is set in Sydney's western suburbs and provides a graphic and moving depiction of marriage under stress and break-up. It looks at the effects on a family when the marriage breaks down. This tele-movie tells the story of mateship and suffering wives and the effects on two children when their mother, at breaking point leaves home. Slowly, painfully the husband comes to his senses, puts his family before his drinking and his motorbike interests and asks his wife to return home. He says things will be different.
