| Summary |
This report examines the risk of homelessness for young people leaving out of home care, and what services can do to intervene. It draws on interviews with young people in Queensland and Victoria on their experiences of leaving care, what supports assisted them, and what supports are needed. Interviews were also conducted with service providers. The report concludes with the implications for policy and practice |
