Summary The case highlights a situation faced by Professor Ramnarayan Agrawal a young and dynamic faculty at a premier Indian business school, IMC (Indian Management Council) Mahabalipuram. When Prof. Agrawal offered a new course, 'Employee Management in the Modern Indian Corporation', the area chairperson advised him to co-teach the course with Prof. Krishna Yadav. An alumnus of IMC, Prof. Yadav was an eminent management faculty in another top B-school in India. Prof. Yadav had wide academic and industry experience of 35 years.Prof Agrawal readily agreed to co-teach the case and was looking forward to learn from vast experiences of Prof Yadav. However, Prof Yadav was extremely pre-occupied in teaching and industry assignments, and was unable to commit quality time for the ongoing discussion on the course outline and content. The lack of proper communication between the two professors continued as the course progressed. There were several coordination issues including scheduling, teaching style and also in the evaluation process
