Summary |
Prescriptions for some pain-killers and anti-anxiety medications have jumped over the past decade. Two drugs which are of increasing concern to doctors are the highly-addictive Oxycontin and Xanax. Many patients use these drugs successfully but an increasing number are finding themselves with an unwitting addiction. Insight meets people falling through the cracks and asks whether we need stronger safeguards. What do you think of the way drugs like Oxycontin and Xanax are prescribed? |
