| Summary |
13 months later... Saga Noren (Sofia Helin) is still working at Malmo County Police, and has a new partner, Henrik, but she misses her old friend Martin Rohde who is serving a ten year prison sentence for murder.The new series sees Saga and her partner Henrik investigating a macabrely 'creative' serial killer who stages complicated tableau-style murder scenes and at first appears to be targeting lesbian and gay activists. Things became complicated when Saga's boss and father-figure Hans is also kidnapped by the killer. He is found barely alive and lingers in a coma.The hunt for the killer intensifies, and Saga and Henrik are certain of his identity. But when they are about to bring him in, he has disappeared. They are surprised by the next victim, who is clearly linked to the case, which now takes a completely new direction. The killer has a refined plan and is waiting to execute his big finale. Meanwhile, the internal investigator questions Saga about her mother's murder again.
