Using insider critical ethnography, the lived experiences of Australian tertiary students with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) chronic illness revealed that, through false assumptions, cognitive learning dysfunctions and diverse symptoms were ignored. Australian Universities are not meeting their obligations, of human rights and equity, under the Disability Discrimination Act (1992)
