Summary |
The USA military camp is due to leave a small town in the northern part of Gyeonggi Province in Korea. The pull out will greatly affect the residents. This documentary interviews three women in the Gyeonggi Province: Aunt Bobby who made American hamburgers in Seonyu-ri for 30 years, Ms. Insoon Park who collected scraps to draw paintings on them in the abandoned narrow alleys of Bbat-bul, Uijeongbu, Ms. Sungja Ahn who is half-Korean and half-African American. Following clues from the three women's memories, the film travels into the forgotten recent past to reveal the truth left behind when the US military leaves |
