This publication reviews and synthesizes the literature on tobacco-related health economic evaluation, with a focus on developing countries. IDRCs Research for International Tobacco Contract (RITC) produced the report in an attempt to lay the groundwork for future comparative and conclusive research in the field of tobacco-related economic evaluation.
